What is involved in finding an expert witness who will be willing to testify against the doctor or hospital in my case?

A:

There are strict rules about which doctors can testify as expert witnesses.  Specifically a doctor testifying in an Ohio case must spend at least ½ of his professional time treating patients and have training, knowledge and experience treating the problem involved in the case.

Because of our experience representing patients for over 25 years in medical malpractice cases we have a network of resources to help locate not only the most qualified experts but also those that will communicate well with jury.
